According to news sources, two teachers in Arizona were fired after students discovered their OnlyFans accounts.
Samantha Peer, a middle school science teacher, and her husband, Dillon Peer, were previously employed with the Lake Havasu Unified School District. Samantha Peer produced pornographic content for her OnlyFans account under the alias “Khloe Karter.”
OnlyFans is a subscription-based platform that allows content creators to distribute material digitally to anyone who signs up for their content. All of the material on the platform is not pornographic but a large segment of it is.
Some of the content on the account was shot on school grounds.
In a video statement, Peer claims that the OnlyFans account was to supplement her income and that she took efforts to avoid being discovered by the community such as making her content unavailable to anyone inside the state of Arizona.
The school where Peer was employed sent an email to parents informing them of the situation:
“The images depicted did not happen during the school day and the person depicted no longer works for LHUSD,” the email said.
These are not the first teachers fired for having an OnlyFans account. It is not technically illegal for teachers to moonlight as OnlyFans producers but it often violates district or public employee policy which is grounds for termination.
